Clubs are reminded that they are responsible for their players, coaching staff and their supporters at all times while attending the event and the guidelines for conduct are laid down in the terms of the RESPECT campaign and literature.

Arrival at the ground:​​

On arrival at the ground, teams and officials will disembark from their coach / vehicles and make their way to the top main gate entrance at the top of the car park and ensure that all the necessary equipment needed for the day is taken. Teams will be greeted by a Barla Officials

• Please be aware that there will be no pass out`s issued to spectators under normal circumstances.
• Turnstiles open 10:45am
• Ground Admission (CASH ONLY) : Adults £5 / Concessions £3 / Under 16`s FREE

Match duration:
• Should the scores still be level after extra time has been played, the game will then be decided by “Golden point” i.e.: The first team to score.

Alcohol:
• BARLA have been made aware by Featherstone Rovers that spectators attempting to enter the ground carrying alcohol or being judged to be intoxicated can be denied entry to the event. Spectators may be subject to bag search.

Safety during the event:
• The safety of everyone attending the event is of the upmost priority and BARLA/Featherstone Rovers will ensure that the venue is made as safe as possible during the event.
• Should anyone has cause for concern, this must be reported to a BARLA official or steward as soon as possible.
• We would ask that each team could take responsibility for their players and supporters in ensuring they always act in a responsible manner during the event.
• Inappropriate behavior is unacceptable.

Adequate stewarding will be in place to ensure the safe running of the event.
